Be part of a creative, high energy staffing team and
support the development of our recruitment line of practice. You will
be aligned with our sales businesses and help to build a solid
recruitment approach that drives success in the business. This position
will allow you to use your strong recruiting background to proactively
identify top talent for the organization. You will build strong
partnerships with hiring leaders to understand the business and
positions they seek to fill. Using your strong relationship skills you
will seek out the top talent to match the requirements for the position.
The scope of this position will support positions throughout the US.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Successful candidates for this position will have 3+ years as a
recruiter and/or staffing specialist, preferably with sales focus. You
should possess experience with a recruitment agency and/or large
corporation where you were called upon to actively seek out and identify
candidates through networking, cold calling, internet sourcing and
creative avenues. Your understanding of using an Application Tracking
System (ATS) and building pipelines of candidates is critical to
success. You should understand how to gain market intelligence in order
to tap into top talent. This fast paced environment requires experience
with multiple sourcing channels, strong communication skills including
consultation and influence, previous experience gathering &
analyzing data, strong self-management skills with a focus on results
& customer service. You should be comfortable using an ATS and
internet databases.
AIRS training / certification strongly preferred.
3-5 years minimum experience recruiting exempt-level staff
required.
